These terms are a working early-stage notice and require legal review before Relaite is offered as a production service.
Website
The Relaite website provides information about a product under development and allows organisations to express interest in design-partner participation.
Website content may change as Relaite develops.
Design-partner applications
Submitting an application:
- Does not create a customer relationship
- Does not commit either party to a pilot
- Does not authorise Relaite to connect to Microsoft 365
- Does not authorise access to customer information
Pilots
Any pilot will have separately agreed terms covering:
- Authorised data scope
- Users
- Responsibilities
- Security requirements
- Retention
- Permitted processing
- Commercial arrangements
- Product usage
These terms will be agreed before customer data is connected.
Product status
Relaite is under active development.
Prototype functionality, planned production functionality and future concepts may differ.
Features described as planned, intended or being built should not be interpreted as currently available production capabilities.
