About Relaite

Work should not lose its memory every time the moment changes.

Customer work unfolds across conversations, meetings, decisions, promises and interruptions.

A customer asks for something. Someone agrees to respond. A meeting changes the plan. Another person joins. A week later, somebody needs to know what happened.

The information usually exists. The continuity does not.

Relaite is being built to change that.

The problem is not a lack of data.

Organisations already create enormous amounts of useful context.

It exists in email, calendars, meetings, documents and the memory of the people doing the work.

Traditional systems capture selected records. People then spend significant time reconstructing the meaning around those records.

Relaite takes a different approach. It derives and maintains evidence-backed context from authorised work already happening.

The first focus is intentionally concrete:

The idea

Preserve the thread, not just the record.

Files already follow us between devices. Customer records already live in the cloud. What still gets lost is the state of the work itself.

Why were we doing this?

What did we decide?

Who is waiting?

What changed?

What is blocked?

What should happen next?

Relaite is an attempt to preserve that continuity across people, meetings, interruptions and handovers.

Over time, the same principle may extend beyond individuals and teams.

As AI agents increasingly participate in work, organisations will need trusted context that survives changes in people, applications and models.

Why I started it

Built from a problem I kept having myself.

Carlos Pineda is an enterprise Solutions Architect and software builder based in Sydney.

His work involves complex customer relationships, multiple stakeholders, technical decisions, meetings, parallel initiatives and constant follow-up.

Before an important customer conversation, the real state of an account often had to be reconstructed from email, calendar and memory.

The systems contained records. The full story still lived with people.

The first version of Relaite was built to solve that problem personally.

What if work could maintain enough context to let people simply continue?

Relaite is being built to explore that question, starting with customer-facing work where losing the thread has an immediate cost.
