We are looking for a small number of customer-facing teams to help shape the first production version of Relaite.
The best fit is work where relationships are long-running, several people are involved and important commitments are made through Microsoft 365 communication.
You do not need to connect a mailbox to apply. We start with the workflow and the problem.
A pilot may be a good fit if:
- Your team manages long-running customer or client relationships
- Several people contribute to the same account or engagement
- Important commitments are made in email and meetings
- Meeting preparation involves searching through old messages
- Work frequently waits on approvals or responses
- Account context depends heavily on individual memory
- Handovers are difficult
- Your CRM or workflow system often trails what is actually happening
- Your organisation primarily uses Microsoft 365
- You are willing to help evaluate accuracy honestly
How a design-partner pilot works
Narrow
Together we select one bounded continuity problem, such as customer commitments, meeting preparation, account handovers, unresolved requests or relationship continuity.
Scope
We agree on users, Microsoft 365 access, source boundaries and success measures.
Evaluate
We test what Relaite finds, including where it gets things wrong.
Expand
If the initial workflow creates measurable value, the pilot earns the right to include additional users or continuity problems.
